How to Stop Workplace Stress!

Workplace Stress Can Be Devastating!

Here are two options that I have used.  Both worked great for me!

Are you having a rough time at work?  Does your day start off bad or does it gradually build throughout the day?  Or maybe you just have random bad days?  If you fall into the last one, you are one of the fortunate ones in the workforce.

No matter how bad things get for you during your workday, there are things that you can do to make it better.

Stress Release is wonderful, but!

Think about this scenario in place of stress release.  Stress release is great, but what if you didn’t need the stress release quite as much.  Wouldn’t that be awesome?

The path I have been looking for is ways to not have the stress in the first place. One way that has been talked about for years is to find a career that you love.

My problem was I always seemed to have too many bills to start something I loved.  The other drawback was not having enough cash to get started in something I loved.

So I came up with this idea and it works great for me. Maybe it will help you too if you have to stay in that stress filled job.

Option one to stop workday stress!

I have come up with an idea that really gave me an upper hand on the workday stress.  I quite my job.  It was awesome.  I always wanted to say, take this job and shove it.

I was planning this for a few years.  I tackled my bills and got them all paid off and put away a pile of cash to keep me going.

Then I quit my job.  Now I have eliminated all the stress from that job.  Ya! Jump up and down!


Not making a lot of credit card debt is huge when it comes to stress.  If you can’t pay for it, don’t buy it till you can pay for it.  This thinking will save you financially and a huge amount of stress.

We are bombarded by overpriced merchandise in advertising on a daily basis.  This is the reason I no longer watch TV shows with ads.  I only watch DVD movies or online movies without ads.

I feel that my time is extremely valuable. Way too valuable to sit on a couch watching ad after ad, so I can watch 15 minutes of one show.

I will not do it!  Instead, I study and read about my new career internet marketing and writing.  Plus not running up more credit card debt allowed me to quit my job.

Note:  Before you quite, it may pay to have another job or business to go to. Remember you do need an income to keep you in the lifestyle you prefer.

Try this.

I have been working in a job I hated for most of my life.  This is not a good thing to do.  However, many many people do this every day.  My heart goes out for you.

This is what I tried and it worked:




One:  I set my cell phone alarm to ring at high-stress times throughout the day.

Two:  I set the alarm to play some uplifting ring or music.

Three: I set my display to give me a keyword or two to help break my funk.

1, 2, 3 and you are beginning to break that crazy, funky, negative state you have built into your work day.
